The Fair Sex

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Today Morning the news papers were all filled up with the story of 'Sonia' relinquishing the post of PM.According to me her adroit political move has left BJP completely stunned. What a clever move? If she didnt wish to become PM then it she would have got someone else elected as CLP Leader but she first got herself elected and then refused to be a PM. This will clearly gather sympathy for her as she would appear as someone who is victimised. This will also increase her hold on party and if Manmohan Singh becomes PM then the remote will be in her hand moreover Manmohan will always have to live with the fact that he got the post after her sacrifice. I am really amazed by her political skills and this puts to rest all the "neophyte to politics buzz"

Well this also has one good effect, the market and the corporate world can be assured of reforms when the country is guided by someone who started the reform. It is good that our country top leadership will in the hands of two learned person one our President Kalam and another Manmohan singh, they would anyday be better than religious maniacs.

Well going through the TIMES OF INDIA today(these days i do lesser and lesser work ) on the cities page saw few pics of 'TOM HANKS'. I asked my friend Veera sitting next to me had he seen the movie CASTAWAY he said 'yes'. Then I took up the analysis of the movie and said that the thing which striked me the most was that the guy was able to live in a desolate island for four years by looking the photograph of her wife. He looked the pic and got the inspiration to fight the odds and lived just to be with her one day. This hope of his provided him all the strength and courage. Finally when he manages to meet her he finds she had married someone else.I said to Veera - the guy was able to leave in a island all alone where no one would have thought of surviving and this lady could not wait for four years living in a civilization. It is really amazing about this fairer sex, are they really fair !!!!

Veera didnt agree with me. God knows why.but I am sure one day he will agree, but then it might have been too late..

Ok going now, have to do some work.

thats all for now, will post again some more political news

    Hey Senthil..
U dont know u also have a filter that watever i say wud be due to some filter.
Continuing on that CASTAWAY movie how can u say that TOM had no choice so he had to wait for her.u mean to say that if they were separated and both of them land at different places and then Tom would also have married someone else.If Tom would have done that then it would have been realy unfair.
But what are u trying to suggest is that i am sayng it unfair cause her wife did it and tom was unable to do it.See Senthil even if the whole world does something wrong then also it will remain wrong. Why did she need to marry at all.Did Tom knew in the begining that he will reach to her no he wasnt sure so what could he done he would have lived all the life with the memories of his wife.Cant her wife done that .what was so urgent for her to marry .do all the women in this world marry when their husband dies?
Just imagine the plight of Tom Hank as a husband when he returns to find her wife with some one else.

Papiha justifies this in the way that it happens in both the sexes ,fidelity ,infidelity ..dont have that large sample of data but whatever data i have the propensity of the fairer sex to ditch is more than men.Again going by Veera it might be due to lack of opportunity for the men.
Well not feeling well so i have to end.Seems i got the Viral fever which is prevalent in Bangalore now.
Promise to come with a different topic this time.
    bye

Kinda late to revoke this discussion but I find it revolting that guys make these generalizations about the "fairer sex".

Satya - Its not a guy or a girl thing. Anyone, irrespetive of their gender can ditch the other person, for reasons best suited to themselves.

The most reasonable talking man, who would have "defended" the heroine´s actions, would have spoilt someone´s life in his past.

So pls do not generalize. You dont even the ppl around you and you are talking about the entire world!

Hi, Welcome to my blog, pretty much surprised to get comment on a year old post!

Well, tell me any qualitative generalization or stereotype which is not debatable? All of them can be debated so let this be.

It also depends on how much experience of life one has to appreciate any generalization.

I know the people around me and thats why I talk about the entire world. The people around me are sample of this world, and you may also be knowing that 'exceptions' can't be examples.

Anyway I do appreciate your comment.

    hehehe.. ok.

its true tho.. she dint know that he was alive. u cant really expect her to b waiting for him forever. And tom was not just looking at her photo in the movie, he was also talkin to the ball in which he drew a face.Just some stuff to keep his sanity.

    Freeze -

Tom used the ball as company but there was only one motivation for him to return, which was his wife !!

So what is with woman ? they can't wait for sometime even if they their partner is not going to return ?

anyway that's not the point. It was pretty hard on the guy !!
