Tax !!
Today we had the Budget presentation by our FM.There were many aspects to it but i must say that i am terribly disappointed by the provisions of taxes.
Our minister has put additional 2%tax as education cess.What is this? Where are we headed?? In a country where less than 3 % of population are paying taxes this is the reward are you giving them for paying the taxes Mr Finance minister.. what logic is this..if u r not paying tax then well and fine and if you are honest and paying your taxes then pay 2 % more.I dont know which school taught him this logic.Has anyone ever tried to find out why only 2 percent of ppl are paying taxes in india.
If u have guts then Mr FM go and tax those farmers in punjab who have Pajero to go to their Field ,Mercedes to move around village and Maruti 800 for their servant to go out to buy vegetables.NO u cant tax them so what u do ..u levy the cess on those who are already burdened..wow great logic must have learnt this in Harvard !!
If u think that for things such as education and midday meal u need to tax ppl separately, then what happens to the money that we pay as tax.isnt that sufficient and we all know where this money for midday meal wud be going and who would be having meal out of this money.
Why cant u do something for them who are earning in millions and not paying a single penny as tax..why cant u go a and levy a cess on them.U all finance ministers know only one thing go and milk the already burdened salaried class.Have u ever bothered that whether the salaried class would be able to get a meal for itself when u tax him for mid day meal.What democracy is this ..u dont eat so that someone else can eat and make merry out of ur money.I tell u Mr minister what ever money was there is sufficient for all these schemes only if they are carried out honestly.But no u cant clear the rot so what u do levy a cess.Today u ask me to pay for education ..why shud i pay..when i didnt get even a bottle of water during my education from ur government.
I tell You Mr Minister ur this thinking is not going to help anyone.How long can u milk these salaried class..
