A Day
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Since I am not in mood to write, here is a photo blog. Please click on the individual picture to see it better.
In December it is a privilege to see Sun coming up in the sky, well 'up' is wrong word, it never comes up, just keeps hanging above the horizion for about half hour and then it goes.
You can see how low the Sun is, from these pictures
Here the Sun could not come above even the apartment
Only a part of the town gets the Sunlight
Now this is the damn place where I slipped. The tread marks made when the ice was slushy helped in generating friction today.
and now today's temperature

Great pictures...but it must be really difficult too. How does the water come to your house?
Anyways, I am going to a sun filled place, my own Punjab. Will be meeting you after some time.
Raj beat me to the green funda. Never mind, I will see next time.
Green..let me think..green is fresh..probably you feel you are not matured enough. Which I dont think is the case :) But it could be true coz you in your profile u have mentioned ' catcher in the rye' as your fav book.

Yogi - Water comes through the pipes, but they don't run on surface. They are buried at a depth which does not allow the water to freeze.
Have a nice time there in your home, enjoy it.
You are closer to the meaning of 'green' now. The post is here

Hey Satya,
Is "Hello" software the only way to upload snaps on blogspace?
I am somehow not able to upload my pics thru "Hello" and Picasa.
Can you tell me an alternate route?
thanks.

Hi there Anon,
Actually with Picassa and Hello it is much easier to post pics. I get my pics on Picassa and then click the 'blogger' button and the picture goes to Hello and then when I press 'publish' it gets posted on blog.
The other way is to use the blogger compose page, you can upload from there directly.
The third way is to link the pics after they are loaded on some of *YOUR* server. Like if the URL of the pic is http://www.xyz.com/123.jpg then you can use the *img* tag for this. Please take care that you don't link someone else's picture this way, as it eats bandwidth and the original uploader might get offended.
Hope this helps,if you need help drop me a mail.
Good Luck
